About
David White Running Fitness
Hello, I’m David White, a qualified running coach and sports nutritionist. I run a dedicated running fitness service that aims to help runners achieve their fitness goals, regardless of their level of ability.
I work with runners at all levels, ranging from absolute beginners aiming for their first 5K, to those working towards 10K, Half Marathon, Marathon and Ultra events, or looking to improve their times in these events.
I also work with individuals who are looking to achieve more from other sports including team events. And I’ve had great success coaching clients for entry fitness tests for the military and emergency services.
Most importantly, I am committed to providing personalised training and nutrition plans to optimise performance and promote overall wellbeing.
